The pocket of producer is small but the content in the film is a big rocket’ disclosed Hamsalekha who has scored music for 13 Vachanas of 12^th century reformer Sri Baasavanna, Allama Prabhu and Akka Mahadevi. This type of film should win in the box office. The historical, mythological knowledge is required for this generation.  Recalling his past Hamsalekha stated that he did not see the voucher but looked at future.  Making a historical film on ‘Veera Mahadeva Machideve’ this producer Siddeshwar has done what a University is supposed to do.

A terrific actor Saikumar addressing at the pre release meet said from 1972 doing the role of Duryodahana, he is in the industry doing variety of roles. Getting the role of contemporary of Sri Basavanna = Machideva is a blessing for me he felt.

Senior actor Ramesh Bhat lauded the Vachanas rendered by Saikumar who is known as dialogue king. The producer struggle and our interest in roles should get good result in the box office says MS Umesh.

BC Patil in the role of Bijjala King was present stated that he appeared in the role without taking remuneration. For the screenplay of Gajendra, director Nandikameshwara Reddy has made terrific work he says. Karthik is in child Machideva role. He is the son of co producer M Jirappa Madivala.
